Roles & Responsibilities:
Main contact window for all existing customers in Singapore.
Communicate and understand customers’ strategies and product development.
To monitor and ensure stability in monthly sales.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure On-Time completion of projects.
Manage Customer Order process (RFQ - > Quotation - > received PO - > release internal SO - > delivery - > Invoice customers -> follow-up payment). |
